OPOC.us Closes Seven Acquisitions in 2026, Plans Continued Growth in 2027

OPOC.us One-Point-of-CARE

Deals in Massachusetts, Florida, Michigan, Texas, Arizona and Virginia drive growth as the Ohio firm looks to welcome more independent agencies.

We bring agencies the tools, buying power & back-office support of a larger firm without taking away what makes them great: the relationships. That's why owners choose us.”
— Clark May, CEO of OPOC
WORTHINGTON, OH, UNITED STATES, October 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- OPOC.us, an employee benefits firm serving middle-market and small businesses, today announced it has completed seven acquisitions in 2026. The deals extend OPOC further into the markets of Massachusetts, Florida, Michigan, Texas, Arizona and Virginia.

For independent benefits consultants, joining OPOC offers the opportunity to realize the value of what they've built while gaining the resources of a national organization. Each acquired partner keeps its name, its people and its client relationships, while gaining access to national-scale buying power, proven cost-saving solutions, advanced technology and dedicated operational support.

Owners can step away from the day-to-day demands of running an organization while remaining involved in the relationships and work they enjoy most. With OPOC handling the infrastructure behind the scenes, brokers and consultants can expand their service offerings, deepen client relationships and unlock new growth opportunities.

Employers served by these agencies gain access to OPOC's full platform of health benefits, retirement plans, HR support, payroll technology and corporate wellness, supported by Personal CAREAdvocates™ who provide a single point of contact for benefits-related needs.

"Businesses in every state, especially middle-market and small employers, are getting squeezed by benefit costs, and a lot of good independent consultants are stretched thin trying to keep up," said Clark May, CEO of OPOC. "We bring those agencies the tools, buying power and back-office support of a larger firm without taking away what makes them great: the relationships. That's why owners choose us, and it's why their clients stay."

Consultant owners who have joined OPOC point to how the firm follows through. "OPOC bent over backwards to make sure they delivered on what we discussed in the initial phases of this deal," said Scott Eastman, President of Faison Group, which joined OPOC in early 2026.

The acquisitions add to a significant year of growth for OPOC, which also announced plans to add 375 jobs at its headquarters over the next few years. As OPOC expands, it brings its proven approach to healthcare cost management to more benefit brokers and their clients. OPOC clients have reduced healthcare costs by an average of 11% in their first year, with per-employee medical spending remaining nearly flat over time, even as employers nationwide brace for the steepest healthcare cost increases in nearly 20 years.

OPOC plans to continue acquiring new benefits consultants in 2027 and is in active conversations across the United States. The firm offers a confidential, streamlined process, fair market valuation based on recurring commissions, revenue quality and retention, and white-glove migration with brand reputation in mind.

"If you've built a successful operation and you're thinking about what's next, whether that's retirement, succession or simply a better way to grow, we want to talk," May said. "We're building something that keeps your name on the door and your clients in good hands."
