Hiswai launches Zuno to bring real-time AI personalization to your website

In the past, you never knew what brought visitors to your website. Now they tell you.”

VANCOUVER , BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA, March 4, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Companies are racing to keep up with rising customer expectations for personalized experiences in the AI era. 80% of marketers say they’re looking for tools that adapt in real time. That’s why Hiswai has just launched Zuno, an AI tool that turns busy websites into conversational AI.

Companies can upload all of their relevant company materials, marketing copy, case studies, and white papers to Zuno. Then the conversational AI tool gives website visitors up-to-date answers based on the questions they ask.

And since Zuno is only trained on the documents companies feed it, they can ensure customers are getting the most accurate possible answers.

Company owners with big legacy websites can then take those answers and use them to create custom FAQ pages. New companies launching might use Zuno to create a single page that answers all relevant questions.

Zuno also generates a report of the questions people are asking most frequently, which allows companies to create new landing pages targeted for SEO and AI search. When companies need to update their services or want users to see a different response, they simply upload new materials to train Zuno.

“Industries like consulting, professional services, and real estate are sitting on huge piles of data that is valuable to customers and potential buyers,” explains Vaclav Vincalek, CTO of Hiswai.com. “Zuno allows these companies to turn that data into insights for customers or for staff internally.”

“My IT consulting company, Pacific Coast Information Systems, has already deployed Zuno, and within the first three days, we got more insight into the questions our potential customers are actually asking than ever,” explains Vincalek.

“In the past, you never knew what brought visitors to your website. Now they tell you. They ask questions that we haven’t anticipated. We couldn’t build the content for it, because we just didn’t know. Now we do. In just the last few days, we’ve created landing pages for end-to-end services and enterprise projects based on what our visitors are asking Zuno.”

Websites shouldn’t just be a static pages and thanks to Zuno, they don't have to be. “It should be adapting to what your prospective customers are looking for,” he adds.

Zuno is now available for organizations globally. When organizations train Zuno on the content they have produced, they get a website that adapts to their customers’ needs. “Finally, you get the personalization you deserve and your customers expect,” Vincalek says.
